These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pg33 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). pg33 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200 and the total balance will be ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳18,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and the total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and the bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time period.
• Bonuses are only usable on specific games available on the pg33 platform.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• pg33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Program

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pg33 believes in fair play. All games are conducted impartially. Any form of manipulation, fraud, or exploitation of technical errors is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

pg33 will not be held responsible if any game or transaction is interrupted due to server issues, internet disruption, or any other technical fault. In such situations, our technical team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other members to place bets.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account may be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, you must notify the pg33 support team in writing within 72 hours of the deposit or bet being placed. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

pg33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Participating in fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities.
• Failing to meet the age requirement.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team. After account closure, any valid balance will be returned, but only after the applicable verification process has been completed.
